Data we process

• Contact and quote form: name, email address, message and, where applicable, files or drawings submitted.
• Client area: account information, orders, invoices and files related to your projects.
• Invoicing: contact details needed to issue quotes and invoices.

Purposes

This data is used only to respond to your requests, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your parts, and manage invoicing and the client relationship. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Cookies

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation (for example, remembering your choice regarding this notice). It uses no advertising cookies or trackers. Should audience-measurement tools be added in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Confidentiality of your technical files

Your drawings and files remain your property. They are treated in strict confidence, neither disclosed nor reused, and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed on request before any exchange. When production is entrusted to our partner network, it is bound by the same confidentiality obligations.

Hosting and security

Data is hosted via recognised providers (Netlify, Supabase) on a secure infrastructure. We implement reasonable measures to protect your data against unauthorised access.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the business relationship, then in accordance with legal retention periods (notably accounting).

Your rights

In accordance with Swiss data protection law (revFADP), you may request access to, rectification or deletion of your data, and object to its processing. For any request: contact@akln.ch.
