Quality control
We check the functional dimensions of your parts before delivery — a standard inherited from Swiss micromechanics.
Verification of critical dimensions with caliper and micrometer.
Material-calibrated shrinkage compensation and validation on a sample part before series launch.
On request, a measurement report of the critical dimensions accompanies the delivery.
Minimum lead time: from 3 working days for a raw, untreated part. Finishing and documented inspection are added as per the quote.
Engineering office
Before manufacturing comes design. Our engineering office takes on your project from a file, a drawing, an existing part — or a simple idea.
CAD design of your parts from drawings, sketches or specifications.
Adapting and lightening parts to get the most out of additive manufacturing.

Project management
You don't coordinate a designer, a printer and several subcontractors. AKLN takes your project end to end and remains your single point of contact — from scoping the need to the delivered part, inspection and follow-up included.
