How do I get a quote?
The online quote (FDM & SLA) is available from your client area, after logging in or creating an account. You get an instant estimate, then a firm quote within 24 h after file review.
What about SLS?
These processes are produced via our partner network, on a custom quote. From your client area, use “Request an offer” to send us your file by email.
What is the standard lead time?
From 3 working days for in-house processes, from file and quote approval. A 48 h rush service is available at extra cost.
How does a subscription work?
Reserved engineering hours, a package of recurring parts at a preferential rate, or a custom combination. Monthly billing via your client area.
How does payment work?
Invoice on receipt of the order, payable by bank transfer. Invoices are available in your client area. For subscriptions, monthly billing.
And delivery?
Delivery within Switzerland by post or collection at the Arch workshop. Transport time is added to the stated production time.
Are my files confidential?
Yes. An NDA can be signed before any exchange. Your technical data is neither disclosed nor reused, including when production is managed via our partner network. Your files remain your exclusive property.
Is the quote free?
No. The quote is free and without obligation, with a reply within 24 h after review of your file.
Are you subject to VAT?
No — VAT not applicable (art. 10 para. 2 Swiss VAT Act). No VAT is added to our prices.
